Visit of research collaborators (waste biomass to electronics)

Collaborators met in Brussels on a sunny day at the Biomatter Lab, ULB in Brussels. Productive conversations and confirming a great team is in place to continue our R&D. Making the planet a better place through fabrication of regenerative and sustainable electronics.

PROJECT SUMMARY (FUND: ~£186,500)

This project is of timely significance  since current strategies for Food waste management are ineffective and unsustainable, with the waste either improperly discarded or land filled. The project offers innovative strategies to circumvent the additional waste management challenge in a sustainable  manner via the adoption of circular economy principles.

Furthermore preliminary Techno-economic assessments demonstrate the economic viability of the project and the  potential of creating up to 50 new jobs in the South-West of England.
